Hassle free returns

Your purchase will be shipped on the same business day, if it is received by noon EST.

The Wall Art Impressions will issue a full refund or exchange of the purchase price of any of its products - WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
The product must be in its original condition. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded, and it is the customer's responsibility to return item(s) via the insured carrier before a refund or exchange is issued.  

Should there be any problem with your order that emanates from an error on our part, you will receive a full refund and a free return label.

If the item purchased came with a “free shipping” offer, then your refund will have the initial shipping costs subtracted.  

Please note, if your item(s) arrive damaged, you must report it to us WITHIN 48 HOURS from the date of receipt - otherwise it will not be acknowledged as a damage claim.
